Mr. Patrick Hayes

Patrick is a Co-Managing Shareholder of Andrews Myers, Attorneys at Law.  His practice emphasizes commercial real estate, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate/commercial transactions.

 

Patrick’s affiliations include Houston Bar Association, Real Estate, and Mergers & Acquisitions Sections; National Association of Industrial & Office Properties; Houston Real Estate Lawyers’ Council; ABA Business Law Section, Member, Mergers and Acquisitions Subcommittee; Urban Land Institute; Vestry of Christ Church Cathedral, Junior Warden for 2024 (Vice President of the Board).

Patrick earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin and a Juris Doctorate from Texas Tech University.

Patrick and his wife Shannon have two sons, Tommy ’18, and Will ’21.
