Jesuit Hockey defeats Fair/Creek

Strake Jesuit Hockey was on the ice tonight for the second time this weekend. The Crusaders jumped out to a commanding lead right from the first puck drop. Darshan Patel ’25 took the puck into Fair/Creek ice and slipped it past the goalie, unassisted, with only 17 ticks off the game clock. With the starting line still on the ice and only 35 seconds into the game, Cameron Brown ’27 scored his first high school goal, assisted by Gus Jenmon ’27 and Darshan Patel ’25.
 
The team made 5 more entries into the scorebook before the first period was complete. The Crusaders added 2 more goals for a final score of 9-2 over Fair/Creek. With the win, Jesuit improves to 4-0 on the season.
 
Top performers in the game were Luke Depue ’27 with a goal and 3 assists, Jonathan Mathews ’26 with a hat trick (3 goals) and an assist, and Nick Yu ’28 with a goal and 2 assists. David Rheaume ’26 and Thomas Jackson ’27 rounded out the scoring.
