History! All-State Jazz Results

The following students were selected:

Edgar Castro (‘23) - 1st Tenor Sax

Rishabh Raaj (‘24) - 2nd Tenor Sax

Matthew Cavers (‘24) - Bari Sax

Xavi Gallart (‘24) - Bass Trombone

This is the first time that any student from SJ/SAA has been selected to this ensemble - let alone four! Also, the SJ/SAA Jazz Band tied for the most students selected from any one school in the state. An additional shout out to Christian Felan (‘23, Alto Sax) and Isa Menegaz (‘25, String Bass) on being selected as first alternates to the ensemble.
