15 Strake Jesuit Students Named to TPSMEA Region 3 Choir

15 Strake Jesuit students of the SAA/SJ Mixed Chorus were chosen for the 2024-2025 Texas Private School Music Educators Association (TPSMEA) Region 3 Choir. They are tenors: Nico Arenas ’27, David Calderon ’25, Rowan Hock ’27, Nico Puerto ’25, Logan Wang ’28, and basses: Sebastian Asencio ’28, Christian Attra ’26, Drew Bemis ’27, Patrick Forrester ’27, James Johnigan ’26, David Mikel ’27, Andrew Mitchell ’25, Sebastian Puerto ’26, David Roman-Pavajeau ’25, and Michael Rodriguez ’26. The Region 3 choir members were selected by audition from a pool of students representing twenty-one private schools in our region. These students will now advance to the judging for the 2024-2025 TPSMEA All-State Choir.
